Organic Gaia 1.1 is Ireland’s first certified organic single malt, bottled at 50% ABV and matured in a mix of American and French oak casks. It offers aromas of honey and cereal with a palate of stone fruits, spice, and a touch of dried apricot. Limited in release, it represents Waterford’s innovative Arcadian series celebrating organic farming.
