Redacted Bottlers is a passion project created by friends Ronan and Michael to capture the essence of single-cask whiskies from some of the best up-and-coming distillers in Ireland. Redacted Release 001 introduces Killowen Single Pot Still, captured at Cask strength 62.45% ABV and bottled in a stylish 20cl format with minimalistic black matte labeling. Distilled in GND, it delivers a robust pot still character with earthy spice, orchard fruit, buttery malt, and toasted oak aromas. The palate continues that tradition, offering fruit-driven notes of green apple and pear layered over creamy vanilla, milk chocolate, and hints of cinnamon and clove. The finish is rich, smooth, and long, with replayed spices and fruit echoing in the aftertaste.
