A limited-edition, traditional single pot still from the Midleton Micro Distillery. It’s triple distilled and aged in bourbon casks and is then finished in virgin Garryanna oak barrels from Pacific Northwest. The unique profile imparts earthy tones to complement the traditional pot still style.
