An exclusive one off single bottling specially prepared for us. This whiskey spent 13 years of it life in an ex Oloroso Sherry cask before being finished in a cask which previously held Peated Irish Whiskey. The reult is a delicious, mellow, fruity yet very balanced whiskey with mild spice and a light smokiness. Bottled at cask strength, this has an ABV of 49.65%.
