​Jean-Max Roger is a family-owned winery located in the village of Bué in the heart of the Sancerre region of France. The Roger family has been involved in viticulture since the early 17th century, with Jean-Max taking over the estate in the 1970s and expanding it from 4 hectares to its current size. The winery is renowned for its Sauvignon Blanc wines, particularly the Cuvée Genèse, which is crafted from grapes grown in the stony, calcareous soils of Bué.
