This whiskey begins its maturation in American oak ex‑bourbon barrels before undergoing a luxurious finish in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which infuse it with intense sweetness and depth. On the nose, it bursts with sticky toffee pudding, fig jam, and dark chocolate, balanced by a rich undertone of sherried oak. The palate is full-bodied and complex, revealing layers of dried fruit, cinnamon spice, treacle, and a warming, velvety mouthfeel.
