It is matured for between 5 years and 2 months to 5 years and 7 months, and bottled at 58.4% ABV, giving it a bold and expressive character. This edition is drawn from just eight selected casks chosen from the original 125-cask batch, and was released in a limited number of bottles. The resulting whisky offers layered complexity — combining malt richness with notes imparted by a mix of bourbon barrels, a quarter-cask Oloroso sherry finish, and a finishing touch in ex-California Pinot Noir casks for added depth.
