Co-op Irresistible Fairtrade Tilimuqui Sparkling is an Argentine sparkling wine crafted entirely from Torrontés grapes grown in the Famatina Valley of La Rioja, giving it a refreshing and aromatic personality you don’t often find in fizz from South America. Produced in collaboration with the La Riojana co-operative, this  sparkler celebrates Argentine winemaking while supporting Fairtrade communities, and it even picked up a Bronze Medal in the Easy Weekday Fizz category at the People’s Choice Wine Awards. Floral notes of honeysuckle and jasmine lead into vibrant flavours of peach, citrus blossom, and grapefruit, carried on persistent bubbles that keep the palate lively. Light and approachable, its crisp acidity and aromatic profile make it an ideal aperitif or match for seafood, salads and light poultry dishes. Tilimuqui’s combination of exotic fruit charm and social purpose gives it both character and a story in the glass.
