Made from 100% Tinta del País (Tempranillo), this wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, with 75% in new oak and the rest in two-year-old barrels. It boasts a deep black cherry color with an intense ruby rim, offering a complex nose of ripe black fruits, wild berries, and rich aging notes of liquorice, clove, pepper, and toasted bread. On the palate, it delivers powerful yet smooth tannins, a perfect balance of acidity and alcohol, and a long, layered finish. Ideal for pairing with appetizers, rice dishes, poultry, game birds, fish stews, mature cheese, and roasted lamb. Highly acclaimed, it has received 93 points from James Suckling and 92 from the Peñín Guide.
