Glendalough Distillery

Glendalough Distillery is an independent craft distillery nestled in the Wicklow Mountains, known as the “Valley of the Two Lakes.” Founded by a group of friends passionate about reviving traditional Irish distilling methods, the distillery produces a range of whiskeys and gins that reflect the region’s rich heritage. Glendalough is particularly renowned for its innovative use of Irish oak and rare cask finishes, including Mizunara and Madeira. Its products are inspired by the landscape, legends, and monastic history of the area, with St. Kevin—an early Irish saint—featured on every bottle.
