Garden County Distillery, nestled in County Wicklow, Ireland, is a family-run micro-distillery established by father and son duo, Michael and Gavin Clifford. The distillery is dedicated to reviving traditional Single Pot Still Irish whiskey, combining time-honored methods with innovative techniques to produce distinctive spirits.Distilled in December 2015, this whiskey matured in ex-Bourbon barrels before a transfer to a 500L Oloroso sherry butt in October 2020, where it remained for two and a half years.
